Cleon A. James, CEO and Founder
Writer, Director, Producer
Cleon A. James, a native of Jamaica, is an award-winning film writer, director, and producer, and the
CEO and founder of Top Notch Vision Films. He launched his career with the debut of Blood Shed in
2006 and has since produced seven full-length features—including Facing Reality (2008), Green
Card (2012), Foreign Exchange (2013), Trust in God (2015), Second Chance (2022), and
Unbelievable (2024), starring international reggae artist Spragga Benz.
In 2005, Cleon completed his training in writing, directing, and producing at Cambridge College in
Massachusetts. He has continuously sharpened his craft through ongoing education and self-study,
embracing his authentic, visually intuitive learning style to evolve with each project.
His creative mastery lies in transforming raw, emotionally charged stories into cinematic
experiences—anchored in truth and crafted to reflect the lived realities of underrepresented voices.
His storytelling is marked by narrative clarity, directorial precision, and immersive visual style.
A passionate advocate for inclusive representation and emerging talent, Cleon integrates mentorship,
cultural legacy, and community engagement into his filmmaking approach. His impact reaches
beyond the screen, inspiring both aspiring creatives and established peers.
Cleon’s contributions have been honored with multiple awards, including Boston’s Most Elite (2012),
the Malcolm X Humanitarian Award (2014), the Jamaica Philanthropic Excellence Award (2024), and
the People Profile Innovation Award (July 2025).
Driven by a passion to educate, encourage, and entertain, Cleon seeks to connect with audiences on
a profound level—sharing visual resolutions and life truths that inspire transformation. His curiosity
about television and technology began at a young age and continues to fuel his innovative approach
to storytelling today.

Tomorrow James is a visionary producer and transformational strategist whose work blends
emotionally resonant storytelling with operational precision. As Co-Producer and Chief Operating
Officer of Top Notch Vision Films, she drives all facets of production—from casting and wardrobe to
scene coordination, press strategy, and premiere planning—bringing culturally grounded narratives to
the screen with intention and impact.
As a Black American woman born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Tomorrow channels her
heritage, urban upbringing, and lived experience into films that resonate deeply across communities
and generations.
She has co-produced multiple feature films alongside her husband and creative partner, Cleon A.
James – including Blood Shed (2006), Facing Reality (2008), Green Card (2012), Foreign
Exchange (2013), Trust in God (2015), Second Chance (2022), and Unbelievable (2024), which
features international reggae artist Spragga Benz. Her behind-the-scenes expertise—from script
refinement and casting logistics to post-production coordination and audience engagement—has
shaped each project into a compelling, community-rooted cinematic experience.
Known for her strategic rigor and soulful aesthetic, Tomorrow infuses each film with authenticity and
purpose, elevating both the creative process and final product. Her eye for detail and deep
commitment to representation have made her a trusted leader across productions that celebrate
diverse identities and lived experiences.
Tomorrow earned her BA in Communication Media from Curry College. Her body of work reshapes
the meaning of purpose-driven production—crafting stories that stir emotion, spark reflection, and
foster genuine connection
